This is my 15th year of teaching middle school. I was born and raised in Johnston City (JCHS 1993) and am so thankful I was able to return to Johnston City as a teacher. My wonderful wife Megan and I have been married for 19 years, and we have been blessed with two rambunctious boys, Marcus and Miles. If the leaves are changing colors and there's pumpkin spice in the air, you'll probably catch me and the boys watching football. My other favorite pastimes are reading and video gaming. Give me a good book or game and a comfortable chair and I'll be a happy fella. I strongly believe in the power of reading to change lives. If you tell me you don't like reading, I'll tell you that you just haven't found the right book yet.
