🎒 Welcome Back, Indians: 6th–8th Grade Welcome Kickoff!
The countdown to the new school year is officially on! We are thrilled to welcome back our returning 6th, 7th, and 8th graders, and extend a special, warm welcome to all of the new students and families joining the Washington Middle School community this year.
Whether you are a seasoned middle schooler or stepping into our halls for the very first time, this kickoff event is designed to get everyone energized, organized, and ready for an incredible year ahead.

Who: All returning and new 6th, 7th, and 8th-grade students and their parents/guardians
Where: Washington Middle School Library
When: August 4th, 5pm-7pm
✨ What to Expect
Find Your Way: Grab your new schedule, locate your classrooms, and take some time to practice opening those lockers so you're ready for day one.
Connect with Staff: Say hello to your teachers, principal, and school staff who are excited to support you through another amazing year.
New Student Support: If you are new to Washington Middle School, we’ll have plenty of friendly faces and guides on hand to help you get familiar with our campus, routines, and daily schedules.
Get Involved: Learn about upcoming sports, clubs, and extracurricular activities you can join this fall.
