Board meetings are typically held at 6:00 p.m. on the third Thursday of each month in the Unit Office board room. Please note that dates may shift when meetings fall on school holidays, during breaks, or near the start or end of the fiscal year.

eLearning Public Hearing Notice

Johnston City CUSD #1 Board of Education will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 23, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Johnston City CUSD #1 District Office, 1113 Grand Avenue, Johnston City, IL.  The purpose of this hearing will be to seek input from school personnel, parents, and other community members concerning the provision of the School Code allowing for eLearning days.
