We were honored to welcome Mrs. Kristen Anastasia-Samples to JCHS for our latest Tuesday Tribe Talk. Kristen shared her expertise in real estate, giving our students a chance to ask questions and learn what it’s really like to be an agent. This initiative, which kicked off with Mr. Ryan Patrick, connects our students with local professionals to explore various career paths. We are incredibly grateful for the continued support of our community members!

The Food Science class created many treats for Valentine's Week. They started out the week by making homemade pie dough, then taking that pie dough and making mini heart-shaped pastries filled with strawberry & peach jam and apple butter! Towards the end of the week, Gracie Barker visited the classroom and taught everyone how to make chocolate-covered strawberries!
The Food Processing class was also busy! They taste-tested different chocolates to learn about cocoa percentages and made homemade chocolate chip cookies.
