The district is closely monitoring an evolving winter weather system that is expected to arrive this weekend. If the district utilizes an e-learning day(s) your child will receive information from their teacher via school email or Google Classroom. As a precaution, Johnston City High School will be open today until 5:00 pm for any student who would like to retrieve their Chromebook or other materials if an e-learning day is needed. Additional information will be shared as it becomes available.

The Amazon Return Day Giveaway, sponsored by 4 Good Community, was a huge success. We are thankful that we were able to provide this opportunity to our Kindergarten - 8th Grade students. Due to the amount of items we received we are able to open the event up to community members today from 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. Community members are asked to park in the “horseshoe” by the Scout Cabin and enter the east side gym doors at 3:30 p.m.
