Congratulations to our first group of Star Students for the 2024-2025 school year! We are off to a great start! These students were chosen for showing KINDNESS to others all through the school! Way to go!!!
New Playground equipment
We were able to start using the playground yesterday. The kids were so excited! We still have mulch and edgers to put down around the equipment. It is going to be an exciting year with all the construction updates.

Construction updates - it seems like there is a bigger mess each and every day. It takes the mess in order to prepare for the new construction to take place. Currently, the contractor's are working on moving the main power and gas locations in and outside of the building. Drainage is being installed all around the playground and construction area. Here are some pictures from today.
Updates from construction- removing the steps to the playground. The steps will be replaced with a new enclosed ramp that will lead to the playground and the new Library.
They have removed a huge section of asphalt and concrete today to prepare the area for new class rooms to be built.
Construction has begun here at Jefferson Elementary!!
Field Day 2024
The students participated in a variety of activities throughout the morning for Field Day. They also had an ice cream break. It was a beautiful weather day and fun was had by all.
