Following the emergency school closing today, Wednesday, May 20, 2026, we have finalized the schedule for the pick-up of student report cards and yearbooks.
Please review the complete schedule and locations below:

Friday, May 22, 2026: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Noon)
Tuesday, May 26, 2026: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Noon) and 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Wednesday, May 27, 2026: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Noon) and 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Location: Jefferson Elementary (In-Town Pick-Up)
Thursday, May 28, 2026: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Noon)

Lilith and Lucas were selected from the 4th grade class at Lincoln Elementary in Johnston City, IL to be honored at the Shawnee Region Illinois Principals Association Student Banquet.
We are so proud of how hard our students are working, and we love seeing these moments where everyone can just be a kid for a while.
Tiny Tribe Pre-K Wrap-Around Program is here to help families by providing before and/or after-school care.
Children must be 3 to 4 years of age on or before September 1, 2026.
*Must be a resident of Johnston City CUSD #1 or the child of a district employee.
*HOURS: Early Hours 7:30-8:10, AM Care 8:10-12:10, PM Care 10:45-2:45, After Hours 2:45-5:30, and Full Day Care 7:30-5:30.
*COST: $50 registration fee, due with enrollment forms.
There is a daily fee for wrap-around care.
*Start Date: August 2026
*How to Register: In-Person registration forms can be picked up at Jefferson School or Unit Office. Please return to Renee Grisham, Wrap-Around Supervisor at Jefferson School.
*Registration must be completed by August 1, 2026.
