School bus drivers Patricia Mueller and Tonnie Nordmeyer have nearly 50 years of combined service to the Johnston City School District. They get up dark and early each school week because they love the families on their route and making sure students get to school safely. We APPRECIATE Patricia and Tonnie, and all of bus drivers! Be sure to thank them during Love the Bus month! https://www.jcindians.org/article/2029167

“I love my kids and their families. I’m driving kids whose parents I drove when they were kids.” Love the Bus month continues, and today we recognize Patricia Mueller. Some of her fondest memories are driving former football coach Mike Rude and his players to games. We appreciate Patricia and all of our bus drivers for getting our students to and from school safely. For that we say, THANK YOU!

We love to share what our kiddos are working on in the classroom. The first two photos are from Mr. Carver, who does STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with our students. The last picture is from a 4th grader, who made the shark at home on a 3D printer and brought it to school. How COOL is that?!
