We are delighted to share that our 8th grade students recently played a vital role in our school’s ongoing commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive environment. As part of our efforts to enhance our school culture, the students presented the first of the WMS Commitments for this academic year: “Knowing Names of Staff and Appropriate
Greetings." During a series of small house meetings held on September 5, our 8th graders shared their insights and ideas about the importance of recognizing and connecting with our school staff. The presentation emphasized how acknowledging staff members by name and engaging with them respectfully contributes to a welcoming and supportive school atmosphere.
